  • Fees are billed as per the selected plan.

  • All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

  • We may change prices; existing subscriptions are charged at the agreed rate.

7. Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these terms or illegal activity.

  • Users may cancel subscriptions at any time, subject to billing policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • WizardGen provides services “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

  • Maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the services.
